Emilee was born and raised in New Bottsford. She quickly grew tired of living in such a confined space and wanted to explore the city, so she used her catlike skills to slip out one evening, never stopping to think of the dangerous world she'd just crossed into.
She coped with the insanity of life on the streets of Rivertown by constantly moving, sometimes with others but more often alone. She had an open and trusting personality that, surprisingly, served her well. She sprained her ankle once fleeing from the MPD and one of her companions administered her two tablets of rundown to numb the pain; groggy from being over-medicated, another person gave her some amphetamines to shake off the drug fog, and just like that she was hooked. She spent most of her days alternating between uppers and downers, and sought after the rarer drug jack whenever she could find it. Though she had a crippling addiction, she refused to barter in sexual favors to obtain drugs.
